The videos were very clear and I carefully followed them step by step. I purchased materials required for the fix from Radio Shack. The only problem is the FIX did not work and I couldn't get any support whatsoever. If you look at their site there are no physical address listed for this company, no phone numbers and after close to 15 emails attempting to get both support and refund I was totally ignored with no response at all.
