They have a slick website and reasonable rates to lure you in for call center related business.  Their presentation is copied from other companies as they do not have a clue regarding how to run a call center campaigns. Nor very conversant in call center technology. 

Impressive presentation when they are trying to earn your business, once you pay upfront (flag #1, which I missed) good luck in getting returned calls or emails in a timely manner.  They insisted on payment through anything but PayPal (big flag#2) Litlyn Vista and Eric Vista are always too busy or out of the country spending your hard earned marketing budget, no doubt!  Sol - another player in the game is a gate keeper for the other two.

Here's how the scam goes:  They will stay after you to earn the business.  Once you pay all of sudden deadlines don't mean a thing.  After a weeks, they will put on a nice training session for you.  They call in bunch of unsuspecting local  college kids with  promise of a job and have them read your script back to you.  You spend a few hours training these kids with your script. You never hear from these kids again.  Not on any of the 2 or 3 recorded calls.  They will drag their feet.  Nothing is done according to your specifications.  Then all of a sudden campaign ends.  No accountability for you billable hours nor any breakouts.  The "live web cameras so you don't get cheated out of your paid hours"  is all crap.

These people are scammers, dishonest and out right degenerates.  I should have heeded the warning posted here, but hey I was a sucker and fell for their slick website and presentation.  Good luck.

They will try to discredit this post when you confront them about it, but keep this in mind I have nothing to gain by posting this as I am already out of my money and they have everything to gain - mainly your hard earned money.
