I am submitting this report as a disgusted witness to the deceptive practice and manipulation of Robert Wilson, etollfree. Referenced as the victim of the abuse and deception is RC from the website Freelancer.com he hired her through. Robert Wilson has many companies and has been involved in a laundry list of lawsuits. Robert Wilson, etollfree had hired RC through Freelancer.com to do a job. She bid the job complete in 1 day as it was completed in that time. He sent a milestone payment of and when she completed the project in 1 day, the milestone was released, but he never paid her the balance of the completed job and the excess time she put into the same job after completion as of 64 days ago.

After RC completed her work above and beyond expectations he distracted her from her final payment from Freelancer.com in offering her a promised contract to do more work on the job.

December 5 - email to RC from Robert Wilson, etollfree;

I would also like a contact with the seller to provide us with commission or separate payment on any sales we bring to the supplier. If you can negotiate with the seller to offer a small commission of $1 US Dollar for every TON sold threw us I will be glad to share 25% with you. My buyers do not care if I have side commission deal to compensate for our services.

December 5 email to RC from Robert Wilson, etollfree;

From what you have sent me, we are on track to completing this sell with no issues. I will need you to help with final negotiations and contract logistics.

December 5 to January 20 emails asking her to get samples and test results. She negotiated commissions and pricing in relation to her promised agreement from etollfree, Robert Wilson.

December 5 - email to etollfree, Robert Wilson from RC;

25% sounds good. Can you please provide me with a contract?

December 12 - email to RC from Robert Wilson, etollfree;

Can you look up a good commision document that we can both sign. Find somthing online i will review and be glad to sign. I dont wont you to have to wait on me for this

December 16 - in an email from RC to Robert Wilson, etollfree she asks for him to look over the attached agreement. He did not respond, but he responded to the hard work she kept on doing in relation to that promised agreement and the work from Freelancer.com she had already completed the first day.

Since December 5, 2011, 25% was promised to her with a contract  There are over 500 emails starting on December 5 from Robert Wilson, etollfree and RC discussing her commission negotiations and target pricing successfully attained. He continued asking her to get more info on tests and samples, but she has never paid in return with the promised contract or the completed Freelancer.com job.

December 20 RC sent Robert Wilson, etollfree an updated supplier list with no mention from him of any other additional details needed other than what was specified to her and stated on the spreadsheet. His response was Thank you!

December 22 RC sent Robert Wilson, etollfree an updated supplier list with no mention of any other additional details needed other than what was specified to her and stated on the spreadsheet. He did, however mention that information needed to be added on the time sheet such as billing details and explain what the time was spent on for her payments.

December 21 Robert Wilson, e-tollfree sent RC an email demanding that she look over a supplier list from another worker he hired from Freelancer.com for the same project. RC found that the work was incomplete and wrote a detailed report of what was missing from the list. Also, he had all of the suppliers on the list she had already presented to Robert Wilson, etollfree and not paid for through Freelancer.com. As a result of her work in supplying Robert Wilson, etollfree the
correct information of the suppliers and the report on what this other worker did not do, she saved Robert Wilson time and money and Mr. Wilson did not pay the other worker for his incomplete work that RC discovered. RC was never paid for her work on this discovery and report.

December 26 - RC sent Robert Wilson, etollfree an email asking if he can please send back the agreement. No response from him. She keeps working and he keeps responding according to the work she is performing.
A supplier list was created and sent to RC on December 12. RC was moving ahead above and beyond expectations that he sent her an email stating that he was confused and asked her to put the information on the spreadsheet that he sent her. The information was sent according to what was asked of her on the spreadsheet, no more, no less, and she had still not received her promised agreement or her payment from the Freelancer.com. If there was more information
needed, it needed to be specified on the sheet and it will cost more time and money even if it was 10 minutes or 10 hours of work. This supplier list was never discussed before, it was never put on a timesheet and she still had not been paid in full for the work on Freelancer.com. This work was a result of Robert Wilson, etollfree trying to find a supplier from another agent behind his back because he had problems with supplying his agreement.

On January 6, 2012 Robert Wilson, etollfree sent RC an email to work very hard to find this particular supplier from the agent whom he had a problem with his agreement. The long hours and results show how hard she worked.

RC was offered 15% to service the accounts in the same way she was offered the 25%. RC made a payment on her credit card to find some of the lawsuits he and his companies were involved in. He never reimbursed her.
The payments made to RC for the hard work she had performed for him was like pulling teeth to receive those payments from him. There are emails from him giving her distinct directions of when the transfer of the funds will be complete at a certain time. She followed his directions and he was a no show.
Emails sent to her by Robert Wilson, etollfree since January had been cruel and condescending in response to her hard work as she tried to reason with him.

As of January, he has been holding her rightful monies hostage, trying to make her do something under duress with suspicious timing and not doing the honorable deed of presenting her with the promised contract she has already worked hard for or paying her for her completed work from the Freelancer.com and beyond. The work he was trying to make her do under duress had already been sent to him a month prior 3 times.

Robert Wilson, etollfree informs RC for the last 5 weeks that he needs to review her timesheet that is readable to any 5th grader in order to pay her. On January 18 he writes he that he is reviewing it at that time (which took me 2 minutes) and the next day he wrote no problem with the payments. The following day he takes the money hostage again. He never had a problem with the timesheet before. The timesheet has nothing to do with the Freelancer.com payment due
64 days ago.

The last phone call with RC on January 21, he told her that he does not have to pay her 25% of a contract. He told her he needed information from her to pay her for the rest of her work. She had already sent the information via email to him a month prior and he responded at that time. She went ahead and spent another 2 hours finding the work sent to him and resent it. He still withheld her money.

February 6 Robert Wilson, etollfree sent an email agreeing to pay RC 1/3 of the money owed to her. She thanked him kindly. BUT, then the same game happens again. He sends her an email stating that he needed all of the information on the suppliers list and he was not going to pay her until he received this information (which he has received 3 times in email evidence and his responses). RC wrote him to inform him that she is not his secretary to keep his work in order
and if he wanted her to research the 500+ emails (again) to gather the information (again), it would take time and money to resend it, but she must get paid for work she has already done.  This particular work is worth far less than the work she has already supplied him and has nothing to do with the Freelancer.com work she completed 64 days ago and not paid or other hard work completed.

He wrote her that was blocking her emails and not paying her for anything. Taking the money hostage again. Same old game, deceit and manipulation. RC found that Mr. Wilson. etollfree was not complying with certain laws of this business he started and she brought it to his attention. She offered to help him set it up lawfully since she has been involved in the mechanics of the same business before. My observation from 2 abusive emails sent to RC from Robert Wilson, etollfree, is that he was intimidated by her intelligence. Robert Wilson, etollfree had RC contact an attorney in El Salvador because he said a friend of his was in jail and he was to help get him out. In the end RC found that this was not a friend, but a business partner convicted of fraud..

The email below translates that the bail is $10,000 and Chris Gomez, the partner of Robert Wilson was convicted of fraud for defrauding someone out of $38,000 (USD)

RC told Robert Wilson that she was in need of the money each time it was owed to her. She ordered her payments in advance because of certain discrepancies with Robert Wilson in the beginning. She even went as far as telling him that she was on a door step because she was kicked out of her place for not having her money to pay rent or food. He played long games to get the money to her by not following his own directions. It was not to his knowledge that RC is
worth a very large sum of money. She saw an opportunity she wanted to get involved in, but in order for her to get involved in business with someone, they must pass a test that Robert Wilson, etollfree failed miserably.

The nicer she was, the harder she worked, the more abusive he became. This is the typical behavior of an abuser and is evident in the chain of correspondence and conversations.

There is a pattern of deception and manipulation. He writes in his emails and tells RC that he is a person of honor, an agreement is not needed, and he was angered that this feeling was not reciprocated by RC.

I dont reciprocate this feeling either, Mr. Wilson.
