The site is misleading. They claim to be in Brooklyn and they are really based out of China. The product they sent was not the same as the one shown.
The item arrived defective right out of the box and their customer service is basically non-existent. No response from email and bogus phone numbers.
Their third party payment partners is the same on customer service. You can not get in touch with them. The site I bought from was Laserpointerpro.com. They also run service@gadgettown.com, and GadgetTown.com. They are all one and the same. Beware and stay away from these companies is my advice.
