ACS Incorporated/ACS Legal ACS legal dept. harrassed for money thru internet using an assumed name. internet, Internet

i received an email from ACS legal dept  yesterday claiming i owed them $986.45. that this was final notice and i should pay with debit card or make arrangements in 48 hours.if not they would report me to internet crime(ICS) and i could face jail , bail, and legal fees up to $5000. There was no return email address ,just phone#925 271-6125. i called and spoke to Indian man who claimed i borrowed money . He said advanced cash was their name and i said no i didn't plus there would be documents to sign. He said ok  they would investigate and got off phone quick. I believe like some one else said that he got my info from applications for payday loans because that was their alias advanced cash payday loans. i also said payday loans come right out of a bank account so i knew he was lying. i never signed documents for loans. i get calls every week from these people they block number and say i or my daughter owes them money. i have reported these calls to my lawyer and senator office. it is rude and nerve racking . they constantly harass innocent people.
