Hello everyone,

I am a very unsatisfied customer of this company.  I originally signed up with this company back in 2003, never had any issues at all until just recent.  I am not one who normally complains but felt that this needed to be done.  About a month ago I decided to go with another company because I found a more reliable company.  so far that company has done nothing but been amazing with my needs when it came to making sure my home was safe.  As I am sure everyone knows that in order to switch to another company you have to cancel with your current company, which I proceeded to do so.  After letting ALL AMERICAN ALARM know that I was no longer needing thier service I was then notified that somehow my contract automatically renews which I was never told that to begin with.  First off I have been with this company for nine years why would it be a problem if I wanted to cancel.  Then I get harrassed more more by this company telling me that the equipment that I have had in my house for nine years is not mine that it is theirs.  

I do not nor will I ever understand how a company can run thier business this way and then to have this women Carla Nusbaum send me a letter telling me that she was DUMBFOUNDED why I would trust mine and my husbands safety to just anyone.  The company I decided to switch to like I said earlier is very reliable and has done nothing but helped me every step of the way.  The salesmen were very professional and very knowledgeable and answered every question I have had, which is the least I can say about ALL AMERICAN ALARM!!!!  The main point that I want to get across to everyone is that if you are in need of home security dont go with ALL AMERICAN ALARM they are not here for your safety, they only want your money and if you are with them already you will go through HELL trying to cancel.  My next step will be to contact the police for harassment and also the BBB and let them know how this company run their business.  Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company and go with another.
