I purchased from highstermobile.com  . The purpose it to dowwnload and install the software on a target phone to monitor.  i installed the software but it had glitches from the begining . i had to keep emailing tech support for help. the software did not want to install propperly at first on target phone. i then decided to try on my phone so i would not get caught. didn't work either . finally worked with tech support email help ( which takes  24-48  hrs for responses)  The program never worked properlly . There was constant issues with the software.  finally a employee asked ME if i want a refund. My response was either fix the issues or please give me a refund. The company emailed me back saying the have issued a refund.   I waited about 2 weeks and no refund was issued. I then contacted my credit card company to issue a chargeback. i was given a provisional credit and the highster mobile disputed the chargeback of the money they said they would refund.  all in all i requested a refund about 2 weeks after i downloaded the software

this is not a good company to do business with in my opinion.  they promise a product that does not work properlly. they then have EMAIL ONLY tech support that takes on average 24-48 to get any response.  they offer a refund to which they have obviously no intention of honoring.
