My husband is a truck driver with over 30 years experience. He leased his truck to CDN Logistics and ran hard for them. He was gone from home a month at a time running up to 5,500 miles a week sometimes. He liked the dispatchers and took loads even though he had not received pay. He was to get a settlement every Friday. He worked for them for 4 months and got very few settlements. There was always a story like accounting problems, direct deposit screw ups, the check is in the mail...and then finding out it was never sent. CDN sent my husband a $1,200 check one week and then stopped payment on it. Can you imagine what this did to our bank account? And finally my husband lost his truck and CDN never paid. A couple months after he stopped working for CDN my husband received a letter from CDN saying he owed them money. It didn't have an amount on it. It just said he could pay them with cash, check or credit card. I wrote them demanding the money my husband is owed and never heard another word. CDN put us in financial ruin. Beware of them..

I never said that running 5500 miles a week was legal.. CDN didn't regulate owner operators miles, at least not when my husband drove for them (last year). MY husband never turned down loads. He ran his a** off for that company. He was just trying to make a good living for his family. I'm sure CDN got paid for the loads they dispatched to my husband but they didn't bother to pay him! The point of this rip off report is to hopefully keep other hard working truck drivers from going through what we've been through.

NO SINGLE TRUCK DRIVER CAN DO 5500 MILES A WEEK ARE YOU SAYING CDN LOGISTICS HAS VIOLATED THE HOUR OF SERVICE LAWS
