My husband and I were called by a representative from Copeland Marketing named Ronnie Lewis and said he could sell our timeshare from Royal Holiday and also 1 week from RCI.  We paid him $900.00 for the timeshare and $200.00 for the week via credit card.  He promised to sell it at the Daytona 500 car races.

He sent us a legitimate looking contract and always answered our calls for questions.  He seemed authentic until it was difficult to reach him and some lady answered the phone and said he was out selling.  I called him and said I wanted my money back and h e said we could not until the year was up and if  he had not sold it by then, we would be refunded.

Our home burned in March, 2007 and of course the contract burned.  I called the number and could not get a reply.  I finally got the lady and she said it was too late for us due to time limit but I had already requested the money.  I would like for thme to be sued and get my m oney back plus more for the lies and way we were done.

Please have someone contact us about the fraud and we definitedly want him and his company sued.
