 They are coming out of the walls and not one single manager or employee has done a single thing about this but wants to look good in the consumers eyes. I repeat, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE FOR MY BROTHER SISTER AND NEICE. Whoever made that claim obviously is feeling the effects of being a slumlord and now has to deal with it truthfully or sit and make false statements like they are taking care of it. I was so sick of hearing that they had to live with such an infestation and that THE APARTMENT MANAGER STATED: YOU SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED TO TELL PEOPLE YOU HAVE BED BUGS. This Apartment complex has several complaints of bed bugs and the people below my brother even have started to notice. DO NOT RENT FROM COPPER RIDGE ON MCKELLIPS!

I apologize if you feel your brother's situation has not been handled, but I assure you that we have been actively working on the treatment of his apartment.  After completing the 3-Step treatment process with Burns Pest Elimination, we had certified that the apartment was free of the insects.  Unfortunately, the issue may have come back.  Regardless, we are continuously working on resolving this issue.  While I am unable to go into further detail since you are not the leaseholder for this apartment, I am more than willing to provide all of our documentation to the leaseholder so they may understand how we have actively worked towards assisting them in their situation, even though there were two instances that servicing needed to be rescheduled due to the residents not being prepared.

Copper Ridge Apartments has repeated refused my brothers claims of having bed bugs telling him he should be embarrassed to talk about it telling him its his fault. My brother woke up today with one crawling on his face, he started checking the apartment and saw that they are crawling in from cracks under the carpet.
