Please do NOT buy anything from these people, they will lie cheat and steal to get your money.They sold my family a piece of Crap SUV, then when it broke down the next day refused to fix it or help with the repairs. Told us its not their problem now. We trusted them in our purchase, then once they got our money, they turned on us. The vehicle had not been serviced, just washed off and put out for sale. I have talked to other people that have had the same problems with these people. Hope this keeps at least one person from going thru what my family has gone thru. I tried reporting them to the BBB and the Attorney General and I talked to some lawyers..but, there was nothing that could be done...they ripped me off so bad and one day...they will get what is coming to them in the end. So, if you read this, PLEASE, PLEASE...never, never, never buy anything from Dunns.

No Warranty?

You did not mention you had a warranty...therefore one must assume you bought this car "AS IS". As such, you would have signed a disclosure statement which told you, if you read it, there was NO WARRANTY. That means you are not entitled to warranty service free. "AS IS" means you bought and understood any and all problems are your responsibility. No, I don't work for them.

You can write a poem or even write a song about the dealership and submit it in the consumer comments section at your Ripoff Report in order to further expose the dealership. You can also upload a photo of your SUV at your Ripoff Report so everyone can see it.
