ENGINE WORLD USA USED JAPAN MOTORS .COM RIP OFF DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES Houstin, Texas

I purchased a new rebuilt engine for a Toyota pickup Feburary 14 2013 From Engine World USA. It came as promised clean painteed and on a pallat. March 26 2013 I took the new engine and Toyota truck to my mechanic to have the new engine checked out and installed.

During the inspection my mechanic pulled the oilpan off because the oil pan gasket was not set properly and the oil pan bolts were finger tight. He found that in the bottom of the supposed rebuilt motor there was oil sludge and dirt still in the bottom of the oil pan. So with further inspection he found 2 head bolts broken off in the engine block. The engine head had to be pulled off to tap & drill broken head bolts out. when he pulle head he found pistons still with carbon.

I called Engine World USA they told me it was impossible that all ther engines had new parts and are completly new inside.The Motor won't even start.

It is very apparent that I was sold a used motor out of a junkyard that was just cleaned and painted on the exterior. And all the fluids drained to ship.

I called engine world back and got no where and hung up on.

So now I'm  stuck with a 1600.oo junkyard motor a thousand dollar labor bill for the mechanic to do his part.
THIS COMPANY IS VERY DISHONEST.
