*UPDATE Employee: First House Financial Inc. An Awful scam
First House Financial really is a great service. Don't believe me? Just check out their video here https://www.firsthousefinancial.com/aboutus.html ; it basically tells you everything there needs to know. They really have been around for quite some time too, so they do know their stuff.
I recommend calling their customer service department and asking for pattie, shes really helpful and always returns my phone calls if shes busy.
The members area is easy to use, and the foreclosure listings really do have every detail you could possibly look for. Give it a shot.

the company's motives

This scam site's motives are obviously to get your credit card information, and keep charging you fee after fee, until you actually CLOSE your credit card account. There is no way to stop the charges.
First House Financial is a scam ring located in the Philippines, which just happens to be where many other phone scams operate. When you call, you will notice a distinct Filipino accent of every person you talk to.
They claim to operate out of Santa Cruz California, but use phone numbers in all different area codes, and fake addresses from different parts of the world.

Haha. Look at the 2 posts above.
The original spammer/scammer forgot to logout of his account, and posted 2 identical messages under 2 different usernames.
You are very stupid. You're not fooling anyone.

Stop spamming First House Financial and trying to scam people.
First House Financial is not authorized to sell listings of rent-to-own properties.
They falsely advertise rentals, and make you pay $10 for absolutely useless information, and then charge you $5 to cancel. It is fraudulent misrepresentation.
If you were redirected to First House Financial from a Craigslist ad, beware.
Advertisers above have met our
strict standards for business conduct.
