I have one beef with this company. They offered a coupon online that was through Groupon. I purchased it and when i called to make an appointment was told they cant help me until 4 months later in the year. I tried several times to make anappointment and was never given an appointment within reason. The staff was nasty on the phone and because i was using a groupon that they authorized to sell to get business. They responded that i had a coupon and it was for a low amount. Golf Analytics put the coupon on Groupon for that amount. They dont want to honor it. Irecommend no one use this business because they dont stand up to there product.

I am very sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I started with Golf Analytics March 3rd to make sure there are no issues such as yours.
I know over the winter, we had some availability issues because we had a full schedule with no openings. This was great for US and shows people enjoy Golf Analytics. However, it did not help the customers who made a Groupon purchase. We had no way of knowing how popular our winter membership would be. But that membership ended in April, and at that time, we would have more availability and be able to accommodate Groupons.
