Green Monster Promised 30% energy savings after we paid them $10000 to install 3 products Phoenix, Arizona

3 years ago, Green Monster came to our door and told us that they could save us at least 30% on our utility bills by installing three things (a solar water heater, a KVAR energy controller and seal our ducts with Aerosol)...We also would receive rebates from the government and SRP...Owning a "green" company ourselves and being environmently conscious, we said yes...They were quick to take our $10,000 and were quick about installing everything...We had not seen anywhere near the 30% savings (maybe around 3% and falling) and so we contacted them...They had us fax several years worth of SRP bills both before and after the installations...They then sent an "independent" auditor (who promised us a copy of the report and we never got it) who told us to put more insulation in the attic, tint the windows, insulate around the windows and doors, etc.) which hadn't been done prior to Green Monster...So in other words, their products are a complete waste of money...Also, their customer service is abyssmal (months for returned phone calls, if at all)...They had offered to take the KVAR unit back and give us $500 (nowhere near our $10,000 investment)...We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (there are several) and they never responded to our rebuttal...We had even offered if they would do the things on the auditor report for free, we would go quietly, but nothing...If this company comes to your door (rumor has it their license is revoked and are operating under a different name), don't fall victim like we and countless others did...
