Sold James and Judy DeHart's home at Sheriff Sale while the DeHarts were current with their mortgage payments and the banks did not foreclose on the home.  The is absolutely no question that the DeHarts payments were current.  Attorney Chrisovalante Fliakos at Milstead & Associates signed his name to the documents, well at least someone did.  Michael Milstead and the attorneys at Milstead's office were given absolute proof that the DeHart's were current with the payments and that no foreclosure existed on the home yet they ignored all evidence and demanded twenty-two payments be given to them or the home was to be sold at Sheriff Sale.  Subsequent to the Sheriff Sale, the attorney for the DeHarts had the sale set-aside and now an action is pending in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Court, Allentown.  The case number is 11-416(MSG).
