a "Tim Taylor" professed to be an IRS agent, called today to ask if I had heard from "I have a dream foundation in Las Vegas", saying the company had called them to liquidate my winnings.  He said the company said they had notified me of my winnings back in October 2012, but I had never responded.  Tim said the company paid for all the taxes, etc already for the $450,000 award I had won.  But since I never claimed my award, they can liquidate it and reclaim the taxes they paid on it.  He told me to call the "I have a dream foundation in Las Vegas" at 702-425-6242 and ask for Richard Davis.  And to tell him who I was and my claim #, and ask him to remove it from the liquidation file.  I placed the call after checking for a web site and a person by that name without success, from a different phone.  First, "Richard Davis" didn't answer by the foundation name, he just said his name.  When I called back on that same phone a 2nd time for his address, he said the "I am a dream..  . "before saying his name. Tim also said the "American Fidelity Insurance Co in Oklahoma City, OK would be sending the check and to call them at 305-921-0428 to verify the amount I'd have to pay to have it insured.  I called this number, but only got a message saying "at the sound of the beep, please leave a message", but nothing about it being America Fidelity Insurance co.  Tim said the usual cost was 1% of the check.  He said in this case it could be $4, 500.  When I said I had no suck money, he said he thought he might be able to get me a grant for about 50% or more, but he could not guarantee it.  Tim said if I have any questions, I could call him back at 202-640-1044.  I called Tim back, but so far he said all he could do was get 50% of the amt covered.  That I'd still have to pay about$2,256.00.  Needless to say, I'm still skeptical and don't have the money.
