NOW TO THE REPORT THAT WAS FILED:
Iulia Filip & Bill Girdner of Courthouse New Service have been accused of (((REDACTED))) (((REDACTED))) as the two were writing an article to be published in their popular online information and legal research forum.
A manager in charge of overseeing the controversial Drum, PA-based writing service claims not to have witnessed the event. A new round of complaints seeking the two to be prosecuted for this horrendous act is ongoing.
In most recent round of public outcries, Filip and Girdner apparently refuse to comment, apparently stating, "Talk to our attorney."
Also apparently being questioned in the complaint were two other alleged participants, also employees of the company Robert Kahn and Milt Policzer
Courthouse New Service publishes articles from the plaintiffs perspective, citing quotes from the filed complaint. [continued below]....
..... Missing in their writings is the answer the the complaint or the ability for members of the public, or the defendant to comment on the complaint. So, if the complaint contains numerous falsehoods, their one-sided articles have a tenancy to deceive the public into believing that the complaint is true.

A lawsuit has been commenced against you. The claims made against you in this case arise from your anonymous post on the Ripoff Report website, referred to on that website as Report # 948812. The lawsuit has been filed in the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles ("Los Angeles Superior Court"), and has been assigned the civil action file number BC 518645.　
The action pending in Los Angeles Superior Court includes a cause of action for defamation. The plaintiffs in the lawsuit, William Girdner and Iulia Filip ("Plaintiffs"), are specifically named in Report # 948812. As alleged in the lawsuit, the statements made in the above post that accuse Plaintiffs of having sexually molested a three-year-old girl are false statements of fact that are defamatory and unprivileged, and Plaintiffs have suffered damages as a result. The Plaintiffs are attempting to uncover your true identity through discovery to non-parties, in particular Xcentric Ventures, LLC, d/b/a Ripoff Report.
On August 28, 2013, a subpoena was issued from the Superior Court of Maricopa County, State of Arizona, 125 W. Washington, Phoenix, AZ. 85003 ("Maricopa County Superior Court"), authorizing Plaintiffs to serve a foreign subpoena on Xcentric Ventures, LLC, in order to uncover your true identity. In particular, the subpoena requested the production by Xcentric Ventures of the following documents:
1. All Documents or information regarding the author of Report # 948812 on the www.ripoffreport.com website, submitted by "me" on or about September 30, 2012.
2. All subscriber, poster, member information, and other information that could be used or could lead to the identification of the individual or individuals using the posting identity "me" on the Ripoff Report website to post Report # 948812, including, but not limited to: all names; usernames and aliases; passwords; email addresses; physical addresses; zip codes; and telephone numbers.
3. Any and all Documents or records pertaining to user login information for the individual or individuals using the posting identity "me" on the Ripoff Report website to post Report # 948812, including, but not limited to: all remote IP addresses with corresponding dates and times logged by your system on each occurrence of the account being accessed, together with a description and log of the activity conducted each time the account was accessed, and remote IP address, date and time logged by your system when the account was created and all other information pertaining to the account in the custody of Xcentric Ventures, LLC d/b/a Ripoff Report.
The subpoena seeks for Xcentric Ventures, LLC, to produce the requested documents described above no later than 9:30 a.m. on September 9, 2013, at the offices of Bryan Cave LLP, Two North Central Ave., Suite 2200, Phoenix, AZ 85004.　
Xcentric Ventures has indicated they will accept service of the subpoena following the posting of this notice.　 Unless you move to quash the subpoena, Xcentric Ventures, LLC, may produce the documents requested by the Plaintiffs. You may wish to consult an attorney to advise you about the foregoing.
