This report never happened, it was written by a insane person named ralph warner who owes me money and is mad at me
simply because I caught, & stopped him from abusing his wife further (Susette) who has now twice at least been to the Indianapolis Women's shelter! He is a known crook who Steals & is a pathological LIAR as being the town drunk, I tried to help him but some people should just be jailed so they can't harm anyone else! He can be found @ 10372 Abbey Glenn lane Fishers Indiana, His wife can vouch for my Honesty, as his report NEVER happened and that's why he never signed his name to it
because it never happened! Call him @ 317-605-9000 & ask him why his wife goes to the Indianapolis Women's shelter!
