Jimmy Parise is a liar and a rip-off. He hired me in May 2008 to come work for him in Chiefland. My job was to run his computer room, hire employees, make web sites, and manage web sites for him. His promises fell through, and when he was faced with his first big payroll, he almost fell apart. He paid everyone who we hired but failed to pay me. He used my friendship to put me on hold, promising to pay me week after week "When he made some money" He did this stalling act to many other employees even those who worked in his repair shop. The big hurricane came in the New Orleans area and he went up and worked on sending crews to work, and as I hear it, he might still owe some of those crews, according to one of his partners at that time. In any event, I have no proof of that so it really does not matter, what matters is this, He owes me money, $4000 for labor and for building web sites for him. I have proof that he owes the debt by his e-mails to me. He offered to settle the debt with a lawnmower, which he did not deliver. He deposited $100 here and there for almost 6 months and there is bank proof, Other employees are ready to testify. I asked him to pay again and again. He has always claimed he had no money, but he bought a new used  truck from Gibson Truck World, bought computers, bought lawnmowers, went on trips and moved from Chiefland Florida to Milton/Pace area in NW Florida, I do not know if he is working for relatives in the Outboard repair shop in Pace Florida, But I do know that I am seeking additional people who have been wronged by this guy so we can form a class action lawsuite and make him pay.
