Kane's Furniture Contact person for Kanes Furniture is Ms Christine Ball. They are registered with the Better Business Bureau. I purchased a dining room set less than 90 days ago. I was reassured that the structural integrity of their furniture is guaranteed. My chairs are falling apart and they state that it is not under warranty. Three or more persons are required for a class action law suit. If everyone bands together, they can be sued to the point of going out of business. Port Charlotte Florida

Furniture purchased less than 90 days ago is falling apart.  Kanes states there is a warranty for structural integrity of all furniture.

I purchased a floor model table and purchased separately the chairs.  As per Savon receptionist, because it was floor model, regardless that Savon put the chairs together and cracked the wood, it is not covered under warranty.

I am asking for replacement pieces.  It is called excellent customer service and standing behind  your product.  Evidently, excellent customer service is foreign to them.

In addition to defective furniture, corporate accounting caused over the limit credit charges the way they charged the GE Capital card thus causing increased fees as well as nullification of 12 mos interest free financing.  Kane's is a mess and needs to start over from the bottom up.  

Stand behind your product.  I was told by the Acting Assistant manager tonight (face to face on 05/2/2013) that I selected "budget furniture".  Does this mean by selecting budget furniture that means the furniture can be sub-quality and fall apart within two months of light usage?
