6/1/2012 ordered port replicator + power adapter for my laptop.  Items arrived fine on 6/7 but the power adapter was the wrong one.  I have made three attemts by email and phone (left messages) on 6/7, 6/15 and 7/16 with no responses to any message to get this problem corrected.  Really bad business.

Company resolved issue - agreed to pay for return shipping and sent the correct item.
