This is a scam that is being run by a couple that created and ran with one of the worst direct marketing companies of ALL TIME, Global Prosperity. Dave Struckman and Liann Larguier use illegal robo calls to ten of thousands of people to lure them to their get rich quick website. They then call you back and use an amazing amount of high pressure, intimidation, and lists of false claims all to get you to send them as much money as possible. They'll tell you anything to get you into the system, then you are left high and dry. The weekly training calls, that are suposed to train you, are nothing more then a bunch of self help guru crap. The "products" are nothing more then taped sessions of other sales pitches and books. If you "broadcast" the way they train you, YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW. The federal do not call list is a real and enforceable. The authorities will fine you. LiAnn and Daved change their phone numbers quite often to try to stay ahead of any issues. I have heard Dave Struckman personally say, "If he has a pulse, I'll recruit him into the system." He was speaking of a "friend", that was in the hospital for a serious disease. He called and harassed this man, saying that he was actually doing the man a favor by, "getting his mind off his illness." These people will do/say anything to get to your CASH!! Please do your due diligence. My wife and I were conned into the system by Dave himself. Of course, everyone pays LiAnn, so Dave doesn't have to pay his back taxes, resititutiuon, or the huge civil judgements against him, BUT I PERSONALLY WITNESSED A FRIEND HANDING HIM A LARGE SUM OF CASH. My wife and I actually made money in the system, but everyone we brought in FAILED!!. After the high costs of leads, broadcasts, ect, the $18,000.00 in sales eneded up only as a $500.00 profit. We are making payments to our recruits to make things right. If you are considering this "business", look into the success rate. They claim it is quite high, but it is really less then 1% - 2%. I keep receiving Hang Up calls from 800-427-6148 and no message is ever left. A quick look up brought me here.
I never waste my time reading SPAM and when a SPAM message comes through, I set up an automated rule through Outlook to forward the message to spam@uce.gov for investigation AND to delete it to make sure I am never bothered.
I try to give folks a fair shake, but the response threatening people libel on a public forum kind of shows the quality of individuals initiating the calls.
My recommendation is to keep filing SPAM and FCC complaints and eventually they will get shut down.

Li Ann is most comfortable with her gang of partners in former illegal businesses Global Prosperity (IGP) and Pinnacle Quest (PQI) of which she was a key person. Luckily she ended her drunken adulterous relationship with founder Dave Struckman before his arrest along with several other key persons (see http://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/2008/July/08-tax-666.html ) but amazingly returned to Struckman once released from prison in 2009/2010 moving from native Lousianna to Idaho. Li Ann maintains close relationships with shady IGP and PQI business partners most notably Michelle in Atlanta, who may also go by Lisa in auto dial phone broadcasts. Preferred methods of solicitation are spam bulk email and spam bulk voice broadcast. Income claims made are not truthful but without doubt windfall moneys are taken from unsuspecting persons who are misled to believe they are starting a genuine business. Li Ann will block email and phone numbers from disgruntled complainants, as well she will only make calls from a blocked phone number or through her own 800 or 618 phone numbers hosted at www.800link.com Li Ann redirects tarnished domains to unrelated websites for disguise, for example www.magneticmillionaires.com is currently directed at time of writing to an unrelated NFL site. It is likely Li Ann has unreported income making her a person of interest with the IRS. Li Ann may accept funds in names other than her own self.
