I purchace a life insurance from Lincoln Heritage. I send an email telling them I wanted to cancel, the saleman told me my policy would never go up, guess what it did. so I email them I wanted to cancel, I requested a form to fill out, Mackinie Baker said she send it that was on the 5th of July, today is the 13, she even said I had to get it notarized, I emailed Mackinie 4 times asking her to fax it to me I saved my emails . and I had kroger manger to sign showing I was there 4 times. this company is a rip off, please beware of these deceavers.

Lincoln Is A Wonderful Company

When I read your complaint I find myself scratching my head. First of all let me make this clear, Lincoln Heritage is the best final expence company in the nation. It sounds to me like your problem was not the company. The policy that Lincoln Heritages offers 90% of the time is (whole life) and this policies rate can never increase and the coverage can never decrease. That is the way all (Whole Life) policies work. So if when you purchased the policy at one rate and it came back another, which is what it sounds like happened in this case. Then your problem is not with Lincoln Heritage, your problem is with the agent that sold the policy. It doesn't even sound as if the agent decieved you as much as the agent was incompetent and irresponsible. My suggestion is any time you purchase an insurance understand this: The agent is not an employee of the insurance company, he or she is contracted with the insurance company and works for themselves. Anytime you are not getting the response from your agent that you beleive is the right, then call the companies home office. If you had have called Lincolns home office you would have found the absolute best customer service in the insurance industry. They would have canceled it immediately. The rate however is another matter all together, if you purchased the policy and when you received the policy the rate was higher then it was miss quoted. The rate can't change because it is WHOLE LIFE. I wish you would have had a better experiance with Lincoln, but I assure you that Lincoln Heritage is no rip-off. I have family members that praise the company because of their superior customer services.

Best Product!! Lincoln Heritage: Funeral Advantage Plan

My mother has this program and swears by it!! 
She did her homework and researched all final expense companies.   Went with Lincoln Heritage for the following reasons:

Lincoln Heritage's main product is their wholelife final expense product, known as the Funeral Advantage Plan.  This plan is geared to senior citizens, healthy or unhealthy.    A wholelife policy means the premium will NEVER increase. 

They are the only company on the market that has a NO WAITING period for the face amount to be in force from day 1!  (Yes, even my mom with insulin-diabetic is covered day 1).   Also, no medical exam, blood draw, urine samples, or mouth swaps.  Unheard of in the industry. 

Their FREE funeral preplanning through the FCGS (Funeral Consumer Guardian Society) is outstanding.  This service removes the burden and stress from the family that comes with a death.  For example,  my mom has her wishes written down through the FCGS, so there's no guess work on the family to do when that day happens.

Lincoln Heritage... it's the best!!
