I first contacted Optimized Cycling Solutions regarding a bike for my child, I knew the cost and Mark Stemmy tried to charge me twice the list price and then told me about all these great services that they provide for the extra cost. What a scammer. He seemed stoned out of his mind and was ridiculous to try and speak with and deal with. I looked him up online and found him listed on several criminal reports, tax liens, and failure to pay his bills. After more research I found him listed online on a deadbeat dad website for apparently providing no child support. What a scammer, don’t do business with Optimized Cycling Solutions.
