First I would like to say that I never had an issue getting communication back from this company. My complaint is that their products do not mention the complete useage directions. They claim to have 'modded' controllers that work with the xbox 360. They take a M$ wireless controller and mod the controller to allow it to do additional gaming control. I liked that about it. When I got the controller on the first day, the controller had several issues in the game they claim to support. I called up the support line and was able to talk with someone. They suggested I return the controller for repair after describing what they knew to be defective chips that had passed through their quality control. They basically didn't test it before shipping I would guess.

They told me they would refund my shipping charges and for the inconvenience allow me an upgrade for customer satisfaction. I was cool with that. I called a few days later to see if they had gotten the controller and they had. They were shipping it back because they tested it good there. When I asked if they tried to use the controller in my game in campaign as well as online mode, they told me no. I relied that if they were not going to try that and just send it back to me, why would I expect anything different than what I experienced before. Here is where they went inot their 'use fresh energizer batteries' speech. I was using the controller hardwired to the console. I did not need batteries I explained. I was not using the wireless part of the controller. The company mentions nothing about restricting the use of the controller as a hard wired device. There were no limitations as such and I plead with them to try it. They told me they would test it in my environment and would get back to me. When I called again, they tested the controller in a campaigh node of my game and found no issues. They still did not test it as a hard wired device and were not really interested in doing so. They started to push back and it seemed like they did not want to pursue the issue any further. At this point, after I had told them quite a few times my actual usage scenario and not being interested in testing that scenario, I figured I did not want to do business with a company like that. I asked for a refund. I had only had the controller a few hours, it did not work and they recognized the problems. They were not able to repro the issues, but they did not try to duplicate my environment either.

I asked for a refund and they told me there would be a 20% restocking fee which I opposed becuae they did not have a limittation on usage as in my hardwire scenario. If I would have been informed about that, I would NOT have bought the $170 controller. They need to say that the controller needs to be used exclusively in a wireless configuration which eats batteries constantly and will not work in a hard wired environment. Plain sustomer support would have waived the 20% restocking fee in this case and returned all the purchase price. So I am out the shipping back to the company and the 20% restocking fee. I felt I was ripped off due to sub par marketing and support. I would suggest not dealing with this company unless you plan on using wireless controllers only and have a good budget for energizer batteries.
