Nakutis Custom Choppers John Nakutis Stole my money. Failed to perform services. Hyannis, Massachusetts

 John Nakutis has re-located from Hyannis, MA to Uniontown, PA in search of new victims. After swindling the unsuspecting town of Hyannis, MA, John Nakutis is back at it. He stole money from a lot of people in Hyannis, MA including myself and Hyannis Transmission (508) 771-8822. DO NOT GIVE JOHN NAKUTIS ANY MONEY UNTIL AFTER HE HAS FIXED YOUR BIKE!!! He's destitute and desperate for money and he believes stealing from his customers is a perfect way to supplement his income-with YOUR money! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

 I have read this statements over and over and I have personal knowledge to this statement and I know it is 100% false the person making these false statements claims to have written documents from the company in 2008 and 2009 but I know in 100% fact he did not pay this company any of the amount he is claiming. He would have a written receipt for this payment he is stating he made to Mr. Nakutis for I personally know Mr Nakutis always gives a receipt for any and every money ever paid to him for work to be performed at that business. And again I know the business was closed up before early 2009 due to economy failing and lack of good employees. So I am writing this to let people know his STATEMENTS ARE FALSE. And this company is a highly recommend company and a proud credited company of the BBB. They have never riped off any one and they have always gone above and beyond to completely satisfy all their customers 100%. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone out there. They always put in 110% on every job they do and their prices are always unbeatable. And they are very customer friendly. So again the statement that this other person has posted on here is 100% FALSE. And I think if he keeps makes these false statements this business should take legal action against someone for making such false statements. Anytime I have had them do any work for myself or friends and family we have all been more then satified with all the work and the prices on everything. Again this COMPANY IS 100% GREAT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE OUT THERE. just cause one person was dissatisfied for some reason and wants to make false statements for whatever reason they have. Maybe he just wasn't happy with the time spans or it wanted more then he wanted to pay and was unsatisfactory they didn't do everything he wanted for a price he would had wanted to pay. Or no one knows why people make false statements against anyone it could be any reason he might not have liked an employee there even. People say and do crazy things against people for some of the weirdest reasons or FOR NO REAL REASON TO DO ANYTHING IN THE FIRST PLACE. this is why people love to state stuff that isn't true each day. The report I filed on November 18, 2009 regarding Nakutis Custom Choppers is 100% true and accurate.  I would not waste the time of my day to make up lies about a company or an individual unless it was true.  It's just not human nature.  If John had fixed my bike I would be very gracious and would recommend him.  However, it IS human nature to want those who have ripped you off to be exposed so that is why I filed the initial report and is also why I am filing this rebuttal.  I called Nakutis Custom Choppers and spoke to John personally in the fall of 2008.  He said he would be delighted to fix my motorcycle and he met me personally at the Ferry dock in Hyannis and took possession of it.  He then proceeded to push my motorcycle up the ramp and into his truck! Not bad for someone with so many injuries!  He told me the repairs would take a month.  After the repairs were not completed after a month John said he needed more money on top of the $1,155 I had already given him.  By this time, it was cold so I told him to fix it over the winter and I gave him another $1,000.  When I came to claim my bike in the spring, he wasn't at his shop and wouldn't return any of my calls.  It took me five months to get my motorcycle back and it had not even been touched!  I gave him $2,155 for absolutely NOTHING!  I tried calling him, e-mailing him, and sending him postcards.  Nothing worked. He refused to communicate with me or to fix my bike. 

As far as the shop being "closed" in 2009, I have a written estimate on Nakutis Custom Choppers letterhead dated October 5, 2008 and a letter from John himself, in his handwriting, with the same date saying he would complete the repairs over the winter.  I would be happy to show these documents to anyone who is interested. 
The moral is: John Nakutis is a lazy, lying thief!  He wants money...he just doesn't want to work for it.  BEWARE OF NAKUTIS CUSTOM CHOPPERS!!!
