Phh Mortgage Corp Phh Mortgage Services from Hamp modification to getting our house stolen right out from under us! Mt. Laurel, New Jersey

Because of medical issues and job loss, like the millions of others, we got behind on mortgage payments. Went to a foreclosure mediation, where there are two lawyers and a mediator with us in a room."we are good candidates for the Hamp program they all agreed...the mortgage company will send out the paperwork to you ASAP! this was back in 12/09. While you are being reviewed, they will stop foreclosure proceedings and the sheriff until all programs are exhausted...

We had to have the help of our local Senators office, here in Cherry Hill, NJ in order to get the HAMP paperwork sent to us, finally we received it the end of April 2010.

Sent the paperwork back as required..we waited a few weeks, then called to see how the paperwork was progressing...this was at the end of May 2010.  Told that there is an onslaught of people and paperwork to be patient...we will hear something..so we waited, June, July, Aug 2010 each time we called, got the same line...have to be patient...

On Oct 1, 2010 the Sheriff knocks at my front door!  Hands me an eviction notice!!

I almost had a heart attack on the spot...Have to be out by Nov 9th...

I frantically started to call everyone that I thought can help, first the Hotline from HOPE, that was with my paperwork when we first filled it out, Senator Beach's office, they helped get me the paperwork five months ago..the Congressman's office, FTC, HUD, Consumer Affairs, Attorney Generals office...went on the internet and googled, Phh Mortgage co., OMG!! We are not the only people having problems with this company!! The people from Making Homes Affordable (HOPE) managed to get a 3 way conversation on the phone, they would not give out any info, even though I was also on the phone..Jenifer, (HOPE) got agressive and they finally gave us to someone who told us that they received the paperwork on 5/12, reviewed it on 5/13, denied it, and sold the house on 5/19/10 ALL WITHOUT ANY WHAT SO EVER, notice from them that this has taken place, until the Sheriff knocking at my door.  How can they do this, these people are predators, scum, they stole my home...I AM NOT GOING QUIETLY!!

They are going to reverse this...I have a very disabled husband, and a twelve year old son, and I need to keep the roof over his head  WE NEED HELP..

WE Need to start something there are so many people that this company has hurt!

What they have done, is unfair, and illegal!

Can someone do something?  Please....
