I write this report with a heavy heart. Sixteen-year old Rafi Weiss is a handomse, generous, and smart individual. But he is also sly! Rafi Weiss had promised me he would include all his unique gardening techniques as part of one landscaping package he sold me, but he has since abrogated his responsibility. Whiel Rafi Weiss might appear nice, I will never use him again. Rafi Weiss, if you are reading this, you should be ashamed of yourself.
