What exactly did Regions Bank do to rip you off?  If you provide details, people may be able to offer advice or constructive criticism on how to fix/avoid the issue.

Susan was simply guessing at the issue since you did not provide any details.  That's all we can do is guess absent more information.  Sadly, her guess is often the case with many people who come here complaining about their banks.  It is poor money management, a failure to fully understand how their account works or a combination of the two that leads people here.
 I am not implying that is the case with you, simply pointing out the most common explanation absent any more information from you.
