This is the worst meat/stuff that I have ever tasted. I refer to this product as "stuff" because that is exactly what it is because it does not have the taste nor the consistency of even poor quality meat. This meat has the integrity of that whom represents it...ABSOLUTELY NONE! This was the worst sales and product experience that I have ever had. Their product is misrepresented and their guarantee is false. The salesman that sold my wife the product told her lies and even told her to leave the check blank so he could stamp it with the company account number.

When the check was cashed, the salesman had made the check out to himself. He also stated that the meat was "all natural" and the chicken came from "free range chickens." He also told her that there was a 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE, and showed her on the brochure that it held true. When he left, he failed to leave a brochure and a receipt. When I called and spoke to the manager he apologized for his salesman and said that he was new. He verified the guarantee and got us a receipt that was in the form of a letter verifying our purchase. Again, there was no brochure left.

When we tried the meat after a few days, because we already had meat in the fridge that had to be used up, it was the WORST meat I had ever had. IT had a very odd rubbery consistency and odd taste. We thought it was a fluke and tried another one and that one was even worse. When we called to return the product because it was simply bad, the manager, Dez, said that we couldn't because cash refunds had to be processed within three days. He read the clause that is located on the 12th page of the brochure that we never received.

The guarantee that was shown and explained by the salesman never eluded or explicitly stated that there were any restrictions. However on the 12th page, it states that the cash refund beyond three days is for order transactions only, not door to door solicitations. The company is a scam, and the meat is not all natural and the chickens are not free range. They do have some chicken that is all natural, however we were not sold that one. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT IS A SCAM AND YOU WILL REGRET IT AND BE LEFT WITH A FREEZER FULL OF MEAT THAT YOU CANNOT EAT. BE AWARE. THEY CAPITALIZE ON A QUICK SALE THAT THEY MADE BY TELLING YOU LIES!!!
