RICHARD BARRETT OF DALLAS IS A THIEF
This thief was retained by me on or about December of 2013. He asked, AND WAS PAID, TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS to represent me on a small claims court case involving a storage unit case. After being paid, this thief made a few phone calls and typed a few emails and then drops my case. Basically, all this creep did was say to me 'pay it'. HE DID NOTHING.
But the worst part of this entire nightmare is he WITHDREW FROM THE CASE. And some IDIOT Judge allowed this.
Most attorneys that practice law in Dallas are criminals just like the Judges and D.A.'s and ALL of the Sheriffs. I have had extremely bad experiences with all of them. RICHARD BARRETT TAKES THE CAKE.
IF ANYONE CONSIDERS RETAINING RICHARD BARRETT, PLEASE DON'T DO IT.
HE IS A THIEF AND A SWINDLER AND A LIAR.
EVEN IF HE POSTS A RESPONSE ON THIS SITE, HE WILL BE LYING.

I met Mr. Barrett-Cuetara while I was interning at Shannon Gracey before I got my law license. As a matter of fact, I worked with Mr. Barrett-Cuetara on the very case this person is complaining about. I have personal knowlege that this guy's claims are spurious at best. Mr. Barrett-Cuetara is a very skilled attorney with integrity in spades. He is as ethical as they come. If you are considering Mr. Barrett-Cuetara as your attorney, you can procede with confidence.
Further, it should be apparent to anyone who read this person's allegations, that based on his generalized condemnation of Dallas judges and law enforcement (as well as the font he used), that there are other issues at bay. If this guy's claims were legit, the Texas Bar makes it quite easy for him to file a legit claim, and I have not found any record he has made such a filing.

Look, I don't know who the h*** you are, but let me tell you something you MULLET, the Dallas County Sheriff's Office is quite possibly the most UNLAWFUL bunch of CRIMINALS in this ridiculous country. I spent 7 years in the UNITED STATES MARINE CORP. Shut up and stay out of things that you have NO IDEA what you'r talking about, you idiot.

Your report is nothing but crap because of the font and the idiotic, trash talking CRAP! My Attorneys here in Dallas are honest, the Police and Sheriffs Departments are hard working, underpaid and need to be revered!! I suggest YOU put your ego in check and stop bashing this city and thank God everyday for the men and women who put their lives on the line as well as MY military who allow you post this s*** because you are lucky to life in this country!!
