Sam Martinez of Wholesale Diamonds Incorporated in Texas has contracted Ebay sellers to sell jewelry such as diamond rings and earrings. Under the contract, the seller is to sell the items and Sam Martinez is to supply the rings for shipment. He is also responsible for their warranty, any refunds due to customers and additional customer service to satisfy the customer after the sale since he is the back end and all sales generated through the seller Mr. Martinez collects those payments from the buyer of the sale. Unknowingly to the sellers, Mr. Martinez is filing for bankruptcy and has been recently been shipping lower grade and smaller diamond rings to the buyers in an effort to generate more income for himself and not satisfy the customer in sending out lower grade material in hopes of passing them off. He has also recently disconnected his phone service and has very little contact with the sellers via email and zero contact with the sellers customers. Many items have since been returned to Texas for an exchange through him and within the past 2 weeks none of the sellers customers have received an exchange. Myself has communicated daily to either ship out the correct items to the customers or give them a refund, but he has done neither. There has been a continuous run around, deception and deceit on his part towards the sellers trying to get a straight answer. It seems to his setup and his financial situation he does not want to release any funds or return the rings back to the sellers customers. This has been against the agreement with Mr. Martinez and the sellers and has left many a dire sellers on ebay stranded with Mr. Martinez holding the funds and items, perhaps for resell. All ebay sellers under him have fallen on the platform because of his fraudulent scheme, with many sellers having been on ebay for many years with a clean slate prior to meeting him. He has no remorse or understanding of the situation with his slight attitude he has caused and plans on continuing his venture at the expense of others. I Myself will continue to deal with this situation and will be contact the few buyers that I have left of this unpleasant situation. It is sad that will have people like this in the world while some of us have a reputation to ourselves and others to hold and to do things honestly and the right way. ANY items of jewelry coming out of Texas, or specifically from the Flower Mound Texas area, reject it. His listing is under WDI.
