The appraiser this company sent was a bumbling idiot, showed up late, took pictures of 4 bedrooms and reported only 3; examined a new kitchen with granite countertops, etc as well as a new roof and marked the condition as "average". We gave him the legal description of our acreage and still couldn't record the numbers of acres correctly. We gave him full access of the house and as much information as we deemed helpful and whatever information he asked for....yet he couldn't seem to get anything right. What a joke.
