Kyle Cimiotti did not send me a check for my $5K in escrow, for a short sale turned bad, for over a months worth of demanding. It was only after I got lawyers involved and filed a "FREC" report that he "sent" me a check via Fedex. He refused to hand deliver the check to me. This avoids him being criminally prosecuted for a writring bad check. The check was bad when he wrote it. I was bad when I got it more than a week later. He then closed the company called Preffered Signature Porperties and opened Synergy Homes. He does not respond to calls. He does not respond to e-mails. The verbiage about him is the same as the old company. He has ripped of others as well. He is well versed in how to rip you off and make it difficult to get your money back. Be very careful if you are going to work with this firm demand to do transactions in his office. Do not give him money for short slaes. You do not have to. Ask another realtor. You will note he does not have the street address on his website. Ask yourself why he does not want you to know where his office is.
