Applied for credit cards without owner of business' permission, used for personal items only. Had bills sent to her so owner would not know the extent of what she had done. When owner eventually found out and brought her to court the court found her guilty and she now has to pay back in excess of ONE MILLION DOLLARS. There is also going to be a TRAIL in March of 2010...hope she goes to jail for a long time. Court records are public...court is downtown between 5th Ave and 7th Ave at 201 W. Jefferson

TEMPE - A Gilbert woman was arrested for allegedly orchestrating a scheme to get nearly a quarter of a million dollars from her employer - and police say she used that money to pay for some unusual expenses.
Police say they spent more than a year investigating Tamarom In after her employer accused her of stealing from the company.
According to investigators, the 36-year-old woman was working as the sole bookkeper for Home Care Services in Tempe.
She's accused of setting up a complicated embezzlement and fraud scheme to get hundreds of thousands of dollars from the company.
Detectives say she embezzled more than $228,000 from the company. She did it by applying for a credit card using the name and identity of the business. She also forged checks to herself and altered the company records to cover up the activity.
Tamarom In also created a non-profit basketball team, the Arizona Warriors - used the funds to pay for the team to travel around the country.
She also used the money to pay for cosmetic surgery.
In has been charged with theft by embezzlement, fraudulent schemes, money laundering and aggravated identity theft.
Police recommend that small businesses use one employee to reconcile their accounts and another to handle the books, all to avoid becoming victims of this type of fraud.

Sorry trial was spelled wrong. Chose CIVIL case. Then chose case history. It will eventually ask for the name you are looking for. The correct spelling of her first name is TAMAROM. At the end of the whole document are the findings and the awards to the Plaintiff -- HOME CARE SERVICES. In had no lawyer she represented herself that is what PRO PER after her name means. Maybe that was a very bad decision. It also states in the court records that In repeatedly ignored court summons' sent to her by the court and handed to her by a court representative. After reading the whole court docket it seems that even though In chose to become a US citizen, In feels she can live here by her own rules.
