I had the same problem as the other reporter. The program showed great pics of a DVD set and all the hard copies you are supposed to get. I was just thinking about purchasing the program and before I confirmed, they charged my credit card $49! So I continuously write to them saying I would like the refund they advertise. 60 Day guarantee if not satisfied. We'll, they have ignored my 4 email requests. No phone number to get my money back. Complete fraudulent practice.
