Tracy Alston Miriam Garcia, Alton Bulldo, River(daughter) Scam rental fraud Seattle, Philidelphia, Washington

After responding to an ad for a house to rent in Ravenna neighborhood of Seattle we were told to send 1000$ rental deposit to one, Tracey Alston and that he would pick up the deposit at his nearest Walmart @ 2648 S Marshall Street. Philidelphia PA. 19148. he would then send the keys and the rental agreement. The initial back and forth at first seemed to be with an older lady named Miriam Garcia who said she was a member of the Joyce Meyer Ministries. They claimed to be out of town for work for the next 3 years and were looking for someone to take care of their home. She claimed to have a 20 year old daughter named River who was attending Medical school in Albany NY. And their son Tracey Alston who was studying Law in Philidelphia at Philidelphia University. It was obvious after they asked to send the $ to a Walmart and the speech and grammar changed half way through the conversation and it obvious that I was chatting with a different person. I hope this person gets caught
