I was hired on the basis of being pay on load and empty miles based on pc miler.  i did get payed for miles payed for the trip given me, but if I went out of route to preform another duty such as getting the serviced or anything else it is hard to get payed for it.  they have a system called a pay out right. i would fill this form out stating what I had done and sign and date it and send it in with my paper work, it would go to pay roll the over to the operations manager John allen the owners son. it could then sit on his desk until he feels like looking at them and if he desides not to pay you even after dispatch told you to do it he can refuse to pay you for the work done. In example in the first 3 months of employment i noticed i was missing around 989 miles at .36 cpm nearly $360.00. it took another 3 months and me finding another job to get payed. Well this time its starting again they owe me for 223 miles. i talked to my supervisor who inturn gave me to John Allen after stating my concerning and him yelling he agreed to only give $72.00 of what was owed. I did this work back in 1-30-13.

for example i had no load locks for my next run I told my dispatcher this twice i was was informed to come to McAlester ok to pick news ones while there I had my truck serviced. Well i got payed from McAlester ok to Tulsa ok not from oklahoma city ok to McAlester ok then to Tulsa. Well I was told that he doesn't pay for getting the truck serviced that was on the driver. also the miles were 123 I was told it was only 84. This man has no respect for anyone. So quit on 3-27-13 i told dispatch I quit I asked if I could take the truck to Columbus OH from Indianapolis IN. then a dispatch going the other direction came in, I requested once again to take the truck to Columbus OH it was then I was told to do so. They now saying iI quit under a load I was empty during all this. The load came after iI had quit. Please remember i was hired on being pay for all load and empty miles. So how is it now he can not pay me for miles i ran with orders from dispatch. this person and company is crooked. Lets not get on all the logs I falsified for them to run late loads. I feel something should be done about this company and other companies that do these things to driver. If anyone can help i thank you for it.

If allowed to  do this it pays well. The legal recourse is court ordered repayment by the labor board or by a lawyer.
