USAimmigrationsupport.com Vytautas Lekarauskas- Fraudulent chargebacks, reversed payments, PayPal & Google Checkout fraud - Chicago, Illinois

I am a freelance writer and find many of my gigs online. By doing this, I set myself up for a certain amount of risk to fraudsters, scammers and the like. In my 5 years spent as a freelancer I have had one or two slippery customers and have lost a small amount of money; however nothing comes close to what USAimmigrationsupport.com and the internet scammer Vytautas Lekarauskas have done to me.

Between January and March I carried out writing services (many of which can still be seen on their website) to the tune of about 900USD. This was paid to me via PayPal and Google Checkout. All of their payments went 'under review' for a few days before going through. That's when I should've cut and run! But we live and learn... After a while, I was doing a job for them involving some short descriptions for the site (some of which are still there) when "Tom Verner" (my contact, presumably a false name - maybe even Vytautas Lekarauskas) altered the brief. I'd had enough at this point and was unwell, so I emailed them and said they could have what I'd done already for free and that I could no longer continue providing services. So we were all square; no response from them, I move on with my life...

Four months later, in May, I wake up to an email saying I've received a chargeback for my first payment from Vytautas Lekarauskas for non-delivery of goods. Because PayPal don't cover for "digital items", I had to take the hit. Two days later, I get two more chargebacks for a total of $490. At this point I email Vytautas Lekarauskas and ask what's happening.

Tom (or Thomas) Verner then got back to me via Instant Messenger with this little gem:

You were very mean and supposedly "busy" to finish up the work, leaving us jeopardised. In addition you brought up some responsibility theories and much more, hoping you were so cool and unbeatable. As a result, we decided to go the same path as you did and teach you the lesson of a lifetime. As you can see it does not feel very good.

Pretty professional, right?! Anyway, after a little conversation Vytautas Lekarauskas seemed to soften to my situation and inferred that he would retract or at least reduce the chargebacks. Then, two days later, the final chargeback! Another $150, this time via Google Checkout.

At this point Ive spent tens of hours working for hundreds of dollars, just to have it all stolen back by Vytautas Lekarauskas and USAimmigrationsupport.com months later.

My final advice is this: NEVER work with Vytautas Lekarauskas, NEVER buy from USAimmigrationsupport.com they sell information you can get for free and encouraged me to plagiarise their competitors website content NEVER do any freelance work for Vytautas Lekarauskas, he is a scammer and a fraudster, and I will be working my hands to the bone for the next few months to settle the $1000 debt he and his company have stolen from me for my honest hard work. Oh, and always send hard copies when you provide digital goods!
