Recently I was unfortunately forced to work with Lainie Van Winkle on a real estate closings, not once but twice. I have to say that in all my years in the real estate I have never met anyone more incompetent, lazy, or stubborn in this business. She down right refused to do her job which costs her clients to postpone closings in both situations because she felt she had more important things to do, that's right......her clients aren't important enough.
I would highly recommend seeking legal advice or title work from any other human on this earth. Just absolutely awful service and client representation in both cases.

This complaint was written by a mortgage broker, John G****, who has chosen to 1) use a false name to file this complaint, 2) state that he is in Sarasota FL, while he is from the east coast of Florida and 3) alleges he was a client when in fact he was a broker on a transaction. There is a dispute between John George and myself, but my clients, who I represented in closings have no complaint whatsoever, exept against he mortgage broker that delayed their closing numerous times. I have practiced for over 30 years and have a very loyal, long term client following which is indicative of how they feel I have represented them!
