Sorry but there is a disclaimer. So its not a "bait and switch" as you claim. Youre using the term wrong. Bait an switch means changing the bait. There is a disclaimer so they are protected against lawsuits. If YOU the consumer did not read this information when you made your purchase then thats all on you.
