This is to all the people who need payday loans, untill next pay day. This company advertests payday loans but dosen t state you need a bank acct to get the loan. Theres alot of people who dont have a bank acct,so how would those people get a payday loan? They wouldnt be able to get any payday loans, maybe personnal loans if there credit is a one, and then you pay a 33% inters fee to have the loan. Who can afford to pay that off??? People who dont have bank accts go to check n go to cash there checks,so the company knows most of them people dont have bank accts or they wouldnt be in there store cashing there check. They will also charge a % to cash your check depending on the amount of your check. This is a ripoff, I dont have a bank acct, I go to walmart to cash my check for 6.00.They dont take a % of the amount thats on your check, so who neededs the cash companies,they are only trying to make there money off the backs of hard working americans!!!!!!!

I dont have a back acct because for one the banks like to charge you a high fee for checks having your money in there banks. They take most of the inters and again they offer overdraft protection,which if you dont watch out they realy take your money on that,they also give you money out of the atm even if you dont have the money in your acct, this is the reason why i dont have a bank acct, The companies that offer payday loans should also state that you need a bank acct to get the loan thats only right!!!!!!

Sorry but you aren't ENTITLED to set their requirements! If that company or any other doesn't have requirements which meet your desires, then as a human in a free country you are able to pick and choose who you waqnt to deal with. However, the bigger problem here is why don't you have a checking account? Too many overdrafts? What have you learned from that? How about using a "CHECK REGISTER" next time. And oh yes, don't bother...I don't work for them!
