Ordered an FFXI account the other day and per the site they deliver within 24 hours or they will compensate you, or so they say. Attempted to contact them via live chat to check status on my order, however after checking the site multiple times throughout the day I found that live chat is never working (takes you to email instead). I went to their facebook page as I had checked that prior to making my purchase (seemed legit as there were recent posts), however any attempt at creating a post would not show up on their timeline/wall. Did some digging and found other customers who were also complaining about not being able to post and became very alarmed...
Sent them a direct message via facebook which was never responded to. Went back to their site and sent an email via the site (since live chat says "all operators are busy" as usual) and no response there... I did receive an email confirmation immediately after making my purchase, so I responded to that email with my concerns regarding my purchase as well as their non-existent live chat and inability to post on facebook, but still nothing.
Did some more digging online and found that this site seems to be one of various other sites whom all sell the EXACT SAME ACCOUNTS. Went back to their site to see if the account I had purchased was still listed, and sure enough it's there ready to be purchased by another unsuspecting customer (also listed on these other sites as well). I'm going to hold out for a little while longer to see if I get a reply, but given everything that I've found I'm doubtful that I receive anything and will just end up contacting paypal and my credit card company to report fraud (I will update my ripoff report once I do this). For reference, here's some of the other sites which seem to be affiliated:

You said you were going to update this but you never did? What happened? Did they deliver?
Did you try contacting them at vip@gametag.com? By the way some of the sites you said below don't even work don't think you have your information right. Anyway they resolved my issue. Try that email above.
