Jason Biggs, your a BIG FRAUDE as well as Kevin Fox, you both portay yourselfs as Attorneys, your both a big fat joke. I was taken for $2947.39 by the both of you, Kevin Fox keeps saying he's an attorney, HE IS NOT!!!! I have emailed this man lots of time to get my money back and have receive not 1 answer from him. I finally got help from the Actual HUD Government, Keep Your Home Ca. and we have our home and we paid NOTHING!! Kevin says that he doesn't charge any fees, so why does he still have our money, why hasn't he returned our $2947.39..

This two guys are a peace of work, they represent themselfs as attornies they ARE NOT they are scam artists. they took over $3,000 from us, I'm disabled and so is our son, and told Kevin this and he still took our money, you both will go to HELL for that. I have been in contact with the FBI, I've given them everything, including our two certified cashiers checks. You both will be found, so don't get too comfortable where ever you are.

Mr.Briggs, you and Kevin Fox are both Attorneys?? hum, why then have you returned any of my phone calls in regards to my temp trial payments and where are they. I had my county District Attorney call your number and he spoke with Kevin Fox, Mr.Fox told him he was not an attorney. 

So which is it, are you guys attorneys or not. You are gettin on this lady about not returning Kevin Foxs calls, RIGHT!!!!

Your asking for a refund on OCTOBER 2013 for a file you submitted in 2011 per your own words. I am the Direct manager of Kevin Fox. I have reviewed your file and see that HE ( Kevin Fox ) has Made MANY attempts to contact you via phone / and e mails. WHY didnt YOU return his calls Ms. Brenda Medlin ?

This is the type of rediculous behavior we face ALL the time when YOU dont have your facts right. There was NO money paid to HUD, nor Kevin Fox. He ordered CONDITIONS that your lender asked for , in fact I see that we were almost done getting this file approved but you ( Brenda Medlin ) went away , dropped the "Ball" and ignored ALL the requests for a return call and or e mail .
