I recently noted a charge of $34.95 on my debit card to MEDIAOP.NET. I called the company and eventually spoke with a person in some country who could speak some english. The company could not find my name, email address, or credit/debit card on file but refused to make any refund. I notified them that I would speak with the FBI on Monday to press interstate bank fraud. The "supervisor" insisted that I only talk to my bank. That is also a felony of obstruction.

That's just a shell company. There is no Fang Media, LLC, the supposed owner of blahplay.com, the name is a DBA name for Digital KO, LLC. Enom has accepted the registered agent as identity, which is an ICANN violation. A Delaware corporation does not have to be resident in Delaware. They've basically set up an account with a company that handles Delaware registrations, acting as registered agent, and enom who doesn't give a good goddamn, and we know nothing about who they are, where they are, etc. If you want to go the legal route, the registered agent is where to apply the pressure. They are liable for damages if they aid and abet their felonies.
Bottom line, you have to be insane to give your credit card to blahplay.com, playfactories.com, or crzgame.com They've ripped off anyone that's ever done business with them.
