Ocyf and a second chance consistantly lead my 15year old daughter to sever contact with me,not providing me with visitation,family counseling.I have called over 90 times between Oct.15,2011 to Jan.20,2012, cyf case worker,case worker supervisor,my court appointed attorney,a second chance case worker and her supervisor.All of which never return my phone calls for family theray to begin for reunification of my family.Prior to my daughter being placed,our parent child bond was great.We had the best relationship a mother daughter could have.

Inappropriate words have been said about me,towards me from both agencies that show little effort for family reunification.They immediatly move for removal of parental rights based off of 100%hearsay from personal enemies.They give no regard to the fact that i shared a wonderful relationship with my daughter and continue to brainwash her into believing because i lost a son to death 4years ago is not a reason for her to not have had the highest quality of care from me and because of that i am not a competent parent.

Since i cant shower money as her foster mother does and that is consistantly being used as an example of my short comings providing me with unrealistic material demands to be met to be considered a competent parent.My daughter is now using the system to live her ideal materialistic dream,she has lost faith in me,and these organizations keep fostering her unrealistic vision of whats to be expected of me. My daughter learned from school friends how to lie so she could live with her school friend that moved far away.

The system now is allowing this childs play against parents to coninue rewarding my daughter for lies against me that have been proven false.They do not listen to my side,they shun me consistantly,and they allow a teenager thats mad at her mother for breaking tyes with a boyfriend,to continue to lie and reward her with daily mall visits,home partys,vacation to florida,missing 2weeks of school.They tell me that the stress in which they caused between my daughter and i,is the reason i cant parent her.All parties involved are hostile towards me.

I never abused my children but they lead my daughter to believe she was neglected.They probe her to the point that she now has told so many out of this world lies,including she was almost kidnapped 2times by kidnappers to gain negative attention. I need and want cyf to get out of my life and quit creating problems for us.Enough is enough already.My son died so come in and destroy whats left of my family all for title IV funds.Wheres the justice in this corruption of lies that have divided my family next will be the conquer,in court.

when they lie to the judge and remove my parental rights from a mother that so desparetly loves and cares for her kids.I already know the agencies response,"That they have tried to provide services and i failed to comply".Thats a lie so is 90% of what they tell the judge then dont allow me to speak.Hearsay is their evidence against me.Hearsay from a ex that looks for revenge against me and found revenge using cyf to implement revenge against me through my children.

I never receive an open ear from these agencies and was told by second chance,i which never met me,that she was not happy with the judges rule for me to see my daughter at x-mas and if she had authority she would sever all ties between my daughter and I amongst other hostile offending words.Foster mothers hostile additude has been 100% accepted towards me and ocyf and second chance follows the leader with the foser mothers view towards me.Allowing my daughter to remain with a woman that felt my daughter and i were codependant and since my daughter moved into her care she has discredited me as a mother in every way brainwashing and giving her anything she wants to provide her own daugghter with a sibling.
