i would have to agree with this person as I was just about to pay the money and I figured, (how do they get the info) so i did the same thing and called the housing authority in the town where one lives. and if they don't have the info someone will and all for a total of 0.00 dollars

You might be able to resolve any problems by going to their Contact>FAQ>contact message page and explain what happened. You can also contact them by calling the phone number provided on their online package page. Also check out their rating on the BBB online. They were rated a B+ at the time I checked. and had six complaints which were all resolved successfully. If all else fails, file a online complaint to the BBB and seek resolution. They are totally upfront if you read their FAQs.
