A buyer of our boat hired Bob Agle owner (one man show) of Accurate Marine Surveyors. He came to our home to survey the boat in our back canal. He spend most of the morning on and off the boat from the dock to level swim platform. But then he proceeded to jumped down from the side rail of the boat not hanging on the the hand rail but the canvas, he jumped in the boat and said he hurt his leg. He sat down told us the canvas poles came undone, which it didn't, my husband, our boat broker were there watching him. Then went to his truck and came back with an ice pack. he finished his inspection that Thursday.

The following Monday he came back to our home with the buyer for a sea trial and haul out. Upon his arrival he said to my husband we need to talk. after the buyers left he ask my huband for our insurance information, my husband instructed him to contact me. That Tuesday morning I was in an office meeting with my ringer turned off. I saw 4 calls from the same number so I steped out of my meeting. Bob asked me for my insurance information. i told him I didn't have it. He then left me a message saying if I dont give him my insurance information, he will have to litigate. He wants to collect money from my boat or homeowners insurance for his medical bills, when there was no neglience on our part
