ACS Incorperated Christopher Paul, Adam Jones, Steve Watson, Harbor & Smith Law Firm Threatened to have me arrested,demanded payment in 48hrs, Told me to"Shutup",wouldn't give any information besides my social,phone #,address. Internet

It began with a phone call June 29, 2012 from a man saying he was a a Attorney's assistant and I was being sued in a Legal Law Suite-Civil Court in my county. He wouldn't even tell me what county I lived in. He proceeded to Tell me that I had a Payday Loan from Feb 20, 2012 but wouldn't tell me what the company's name was. He continued to tell me it was me cause of the social security number,phone number,address and date of birth was mine.

I was upset by the way he was accusing me of state fraud and other outrageous actions that I new was a complete lie and a scam.

When I had enough and began to ask for more details he told me to "Shut up" !

I then new this was a total scam and I told him so. I did not take a Payday loan from whomever and I do not have a bank account nor do I have a job. But this man continued to threaten me with the Sheriff officers that he will send inthe morning if I did not return his call within 2 hrs with a OOCR-out of court restution.

That I had better be ready to do 160 to 180 days in jail, better have someone to bail me out of jail and a attorney.

Now this e-mail with more threats of jail and lawsuits but not before harassing phone calls 7 days to 24 hrs of the day. It's now July 24,2012 and I have 48 hrs to make payment with a debit card!

This is so wrong and it's time this kind of scam and harassment stops. It's fraud and it's illegal.
